Catering and bar service
Ask providers to quote your guest count, menu, staffing, delivery, setup, and cleanup. Walk through preparation space, refrigeration, serving areas, and power requirements with us before finalizing plans. You arrange catering and bar service separately from your venue package.
Photography, a photo booth, and sound
Silver is $4,800 for the venue weekend. Gold is $5,500 and includes eight hours of wedding photography, a three-hour photo booth, audio equipment for the weekend, and an edited gallery afterward. DJ services are a separate add-on. Compare the full wedding packages before booking services separately.
Flowers and decor
Share both the outdoor ceremony plan and covered backup with your florist. Discuss installation, removal, and how decor will be secured. Confirm placement rules with the venue before ordering large installations or bringing rental structures.
Rentals and restrooms
Confirm your included seating inventory and layout before renting linens, tableware, or extra furniture. One porta potty is included for guests, while the indoor bathroom is reserved for the bridal party. Talk with us about additional restrooms or a restroom trailer for your group.
Transportation and lodging
Ask transportation providers about your specific pickup locations, passenger counts, and return times. Camping is available on-site; guests choosing lodging elsewhere need a return plan. Confirm all arrangements directly with your providers.
