The Barn
Reception, dinner, dancing — and an aisle that walks just right when the field isn’t the move.
The ranch is laid out for a wedding to unfold across it — ceremony in the field, reception in the barn, dancing under string lights, stargazing on the way to the campfire. Here’s what you’ll find when you arrive.
Reception, dinner, dancing — and an aisle that walks just right when the field isn’t the move.
An open lawn ringed by wheat fields. Outdoor ceremonies, lawn games, sunset photos.
A bright, calm room for getting ready — mirrors, hangers, and space for everyone.
The bar room — comfortable seating, full bar, and room for the suit-and-tie crew to settle in.
Acres of room. Park where you like. Pitch a tent. Wake up to the field and a long, low sun.
A small church just half a mile from the ranch — for couples who want a traditional ceremony.
“The barn is beautifully set up, clean, spacious, and has a perfect aisle to walk down. They also had a large shop for our reception, a room for the bridal party to get ready, and a really awesome bar room for the groomsmen.”Kurtis B. — Married at the Ranch
Every rental includes seating for 150 guests. Larger weddings are welcome — extra chairs and tables can be rented; ask us for vendor recommendations.
Acres of on-site parking and camping. Bring tents, trailers, or campers. A full indoor bathroom serves the bridal party; one porta potty is included, and you can add more — or a full restroom trailer — through us. Lighting is limited at night, so we recommend headlamps for the walk back to camp.
The property is rural and largely flat, with some uneven ground. The ceremony lawn and barn are accessible. We work with you in advance on accommodations for guests with mobility needs.
Audio equipment rental for the full weekend is available, included with the Gold package. The barn has string lighting; outdoor lighting can be added per event.
You bring the caterer and the bar — we’ll share the vendors we love and who know the property. Refrigeration and prep space are available; we walk through the layout with your vendors before the day.
The barn is fully covered and works rain or shine; an outdoor outfield and a backup plan are part of every layout we draw together. The barn isn’t climate-controlled — bring fans for hot summer days, blankets for cool fall evenings.
Check-in is Friday afternoon. Get a tour of the spaces. Set up the barn how you like it. Light a campfire. Run through the rehearsal without rushing.
Breakfast in the suites. Hair and makeup. Photos, vows, dinner, dancing. The Reed family is on-site, behind the scenes — you won’t see us unless you need us.
Coffee. Leftover cake. Pack up at your own pace. Check-out is Sunday — no one rushing you out the door for the next event, because there isn’t one.
The most-loved option: camp at the ranch. Wake up to the field, share coffee with people you love, watch the Milky Way the night before.
For guests who’d rather a soft bed: Davenport is a few minutes down the road and has small inns and rentals. Spokane is an hour out, with full hotel options. We send a guide with all this in your booking pack.
